To expose the harms – both personal and professional – caused to hundreds of individual entrepreneurs, founders and small businesses caused by HMRC’s unwarranted hounding in relation to historical R&D Tax Credit claims which were made in good faith
To demand immediate cessation of targeting of historical claims by small businesses on technical grounds and – given HMRC’s own admission that they do not have the expertise to judge – request that all such cases are dropped
To support those whose livelihoods and wellbeing are being ruined by this scandalous campaign of harassment
To safeguard the future of entrepreneurship in the UK, where individuals and small businesses are cancelling R&D across the board for fear of subsequent persecution by HMRC
To campaign for clear guidance for future claims
